Case Study: Cookware Standing Sleeve

Customer needed new packaging developed that would meet the following criteria:
  • Product must be visible and touchable
  • Product must be able to stand upright
  • Product must be able to be stacked atop each other
  • Product must be able to be hung on a wall fixture
  • Price must be less than or equal to cost of current packaging
The Pro-Pak Industries design process yielded a pack that:
  • Met all customer’s critical goals
  • Showcased a design that has become customer’s top promotional vehicle
  • Featured a new sleeve design that outsells boxed product by 3 to 4 times
  • Has a standing sleeve that is copied throughout their industry

We now support more than a dozen versions of this design. We are currently working on lowering costs more by using different closures and alternative material profiles.
