Corrugated
From standard shipping boxes to intricate die-cut displays, our machinery can support the most innovative and effective packaging solutions. Also, by offering several unique flute combinations, we provide our customers with the most economical and highest quality material options for their packaging.
4-Color Flexographic Printing
Good for small runs as well as high volume orders, one- to four-color graphics are directly applied onto corrugated products using rubber plates, much like a giant rubber stamp. With our in-house flexographic press and invaluable pressman, we are able to offer our customers high quality, yet economical, multipurpose printing solutions.
Flexographic Preprint
When high-resolution graphics are a must for high-volume packaging, consider flexographic preprint as an extremely cost-efficient means of mass producing packaging with detailed artwork. The process involves applying the graphics directly to the outside liner before it is converted into a corrugated sheet at our partner facility, Five Star Sheets. Printing directly to the outside liner before conversion allows us to achieve high-quality consistent graphics.
Lithographic Label Lamination
When highly detailed and vivid graphics are a must, we provide label lamination options to customers. This option is most popular for our retail and point-of-purchase customers. We offer in-depth review procedures to handle your artwork from pre-press to print.
Foam
For more fragile or highly abrasive products, our design team can incorporate foam inserts into your packs to ensure that your product reaches its end user in pristine condition.
Specialty Gluing
Using the latest machinery, we offer our customers the option of removing virtually all tape and hand gluing with automatic bottom containers, self-erecting trays, and glued die-cuts. These options can greatly reduce labor and material costs, improving your bottom line.
Unique Flute Combinations/Board Grades
We offer a wide range of flute combinations and board grades, including EB and SC Flutes, as well as triple-wall corrugated to suit all packaging needs.
Partitions
With advanced slotting capabilities, we manufacture conventional and die-cut partitions to divide and protect your products.
Pack Assemblies
We employ highly-skilled assembly teams at each of our facilities to assemble multiple component packs. The packs will be shipped out fully assembled and ready to go, eliminating a number of labor costs incurred by you.
